1. Who We Are
QuickInsights.ai is a product of InsightChakra Technologies Private Limited ("InsightChakra", "we", "our", "us"), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
We provide an AI-powered marketing intelligence and attribution platform for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
2. Information We Collect
We collect account information (name, business email, company name, and contact details) provided during sign-up or communications. We collect usage and technical data automatically, including IP address, device type, browser, and platform usage patterns. When you connect third-party platforms, we access data limited to what is necessary for the features you have enabled — details at www.quickinsights.ai/integrations. Our tracking pixel, installed on merchant storefronts with your authorisation, collects behavioural and transactional data from end-customers solely for attribution analytics on behalf of that merchant. Where you enable server-side conversion integrations, we transmit conversion event data to the relevant ad platforms on your behalf.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process personal data to provide and operate the platform, deliver analytics and insights, manage integrations, send transactional communications, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data or data obtained through any platform integration to serve third-party advertisements or to train generalised AI or machine learning models.
4. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
QuickInsights.ai's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data obtained from Google APIs is:
Used solely to provide and improve features visible to you within the QuickInsights.ai platform.
Not used or transferred for serving advertisements of any kind, including retargeted, personalised, or interest-based advertising.
Not transferred or sold to data brokers, information resellers, or any third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the contracted service.
Not used to assess creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
Not used to train, fine-tune, or improve generalised AI or machine learning models.
Not read by any human at InsightChakra except: (a) with your explicit prior consent; (b) for security investigations; (c) to comply with applicable law; or (d) where data is fully aggregated and anonymised for internal operational purposes.
You may revoke access at any time via platform settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Meta and TikTok — Data Sharing Disclosure
When you connect Meta Ads or TikTok Ads, we access campaign performance data solely to provide analytics within the platform. Where you have enabled server-side conversion integrations, we transmit conversion data to those platforms on your behalf in accordance with their respective platform terms. We certify that such transmissions occur in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Data received from these platforms is not used for our own advertising or transferred to third parties.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (required for the service), analytics cookies, and marketing cookies on our own website. You can manage non-essential cookie preferences via our cookie banner. Details at www.quickinsights.ai/cookies.
7. Sub-Processors
We engage third-party service providers for cloud infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing, bound by contractual data protection obligations appropriate to their services.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. Account and profile data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Raw event and pixel data is retained for 24 months to support attribution analysis across two full seasonal cycles. Aggregated analytics and reports are retained for up to 5 years to support multi-year benchmarking. Support communications are retained for 3 years. Financial and billing records are retained for 7 years as required under the Companies Act and GST law. Security and audit logs are retained for a minimum of 12 months. Prospect and marketing contact data is retained until opt-out or 2 years of no engagement, whichever is earlier.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure credential management. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected individuals and relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law.
10. International Transfers
Data may be transferred outside India in the course of operating sub-processors or transmitting data to ad platforms. For EU/EEA transfers we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. For UK transfers we use the International Data Transfer Agreement where applicable. For transfers from India we comply with the DPDP Act.
11. Rights of EU/EEA/UK Data Subjects
Where GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data; to object to processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Email support@quickinsights.ai. We respond within 30 days.
12. Rights of California Residents
To the extent we are subject to CCPA/CPRA: you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. Email support@quickinsights.ai. We respond within 45 days.
13. Rights of Indian Data Principals (DPDP Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025)
InsightChakra Technologies Private Limited is a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
You have the right to access a summary of personal data we process about you (Section 11); to request correction of inaccurate data or erasure of data no longer necessary for its original purpose or upon withdrawal of consent (Section 12); to have grievances resolved within the timelines below (Section 13); to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity (Section 14); and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. If your grievance is unresolved, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India at dpboard.gov.in.
Where processing is based on consent, we will provide a clear notice specifying what data is collected, the purpose, and how to withdraw consent or exercise rights. We will erase personal data once the purpose for which it was collected is no longer served, unless retention is required by law. Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age.
Grievance Officer
Pursuant to Section 8(9) of the DPDP Act and Rule 9 of the DPDP Rules 2025:

Grievances will be acknowledged within 72 hours and resolved within 30 days. Unresolved grievances may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India at dpboard.gov.in.
We are not currently designated as a Significant Data Fiduciary.
14. Data Processing Agreement
Where merchants use our platform to process end-customer data, InsightChakra acts as Data Processor. To request a DPA, email support@quickinsights.ai.
15. Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will update the "Last Updated" date and notify registered users of material changes in advance. Where required by law, we will obtain fresh consent before changes take effect.
