Data Deletion Request

Your right to deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data from QuickInsights.ai at any time. This right applies to your account data, connected platform credentials, and personal information you provided during sign-up.
To submit a request, email privacy@quickinsights.ai with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What we delete
On a confirmed deletion request we will remove your account information, login credentials, OAuth access tokens for connected platforms, and personal data associated with your account.
What we retain
Certain data is retained regardless of a deletion request where we have a legal obligation or legitimate interest to do so:
Financial and billing records — retained for 7 years as required under the Companies Act and GST law.
Security and audit logs — retained for a minimum of 12 months as required under applicable law.
Aggregated and anonymised analytics — data that has been irreversibly anonymised and cannot be attributed to any individual is not subject to deletion requests.
Revoking platform access
To revoke QuickInsights.ai's access to your connected ad or e-commerce accounts, visit the security or connected apps settings of the relevant platform directly. Revoking access at the platform level stops any further data collection from that integration.
