Data Deletion Request

At QuickInsights.ai, we value your privacy and give you control over your data. If you've connected your ad accounts or business platforms using Facebook Login for Business, Google OAuth, Shopify, or other integrations, you may request to have your data deleted from our systems at any time.

If you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your connected ad account and CRM data (Meta, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.)

• OAuth tokens used to access external platforms

• Activity logs and attribution data generated within our system

• Any personal information you shared during signup or integration

To delete your data from QuickInsights.ai, please choose one of the following methods:

1. Email Us

Send a request to
support@quickinsights.ai
Include:

• The email you used to sign up or authorize access

• The platforms you'd like disconnected (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads)

We will confirm your identity and process your request within 30

days, as required by privacy regulations.

2. Revoke Access Yourself

If you want to disconnect our app from your account directly:

➤ Facebook / Meta:

1. Go to Facebook Settings

2. Find QuickInsights.ai under “Business Integrations”

3. Click Remove

​

➤ Google:

1. Visit your Google Account Permissions

2. Find QuickInsights.ai

3. Click Remove Access

This will immediately revoke our access, and we will delete associated data automatically as part of our deactivation workflow.

Legal Note

Some information may be retained for:

• Legal compliance (e.g., financial records, audit logs)

• Fraud prevention and security

• Fulfilling contractual obligations (if applicable)
